Dr. Ziaur Rahman is a devoted software and communications technology personnel and is the founder Managing Director of Information Engineers and Bangladesh Ltd. He received his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1999. BUET is the highest ranked university in Bangladesh and also recognized as one of the finest under-graduate institute in the world. Also, Dept. of CSE is one of the most preferred department in BUET where only the top candidates get admitted. He was also engaged in various extra-curricular activities e.g. programming contests, research and software development during the period of study. He also published one journal and several conference papers during his undergraduate study.

After completion of his Bachelors he joined leading universities in Bangladesh namely American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) where he taught for 4 years. Simultaneously he understood the importance of industry engagement as without that the research and academic views cannot be fully satisfactory. Seeing the lack of good industry in Bangladesh he leaded a similar mind of people to establish a new company in Bangladesh with the vision to become a world-class software and solution provider in Bangladesh. He held the
position of Managing Director for the company till 2004 when he left Bangladesh for Australia to pursue his PhD in Communication technology.

He joined Monash university - the largest university in Australia and one of the very best in the world for his post-graduation. He took the challenge to research in one of the cutting edge technology field of positioning in wireless sensor networks. He achieved several grants and awards during his PhD study. He published in the top ranking journals and conferences during his PhD. He also received outstanding paper award for his research. He also received patent on his invention on localization. The proposed approach is basically fundamental improvement over century old localization approach and received attention from various industries and academics.

He also continued to research on software development  and methodologies. He published several papers on software engineering. He developed Shabdik keyboard interface which removed the age-old problem of vernacular computing. It quickly received public acceptance and subsequently many variants of his original proposed interface were made available. He also holds patent on efficient keyboard interface for English typing.

Sheikh Abul Hashem is a renowned businessman of Bangladesh. He received his Bachelors in Statistics and subsequently joined Institute of Business Administration for pursuing his MBA from Dhaka University. He started his career with Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. He served many other renowned organizations of the country including Shuvastu Developers, Rangs Corporation etc. He is a good orator and was engaged as lecturer at various local universities. He involved himself with Information Technology business since 1999 when he served as General Manager of various IT companies. Later he joined in the board of Information Engineers and Consultants Bangladesh Ltd and was appointed the Managing Director. He is also managing Director of Union Developers and Technologies Ltd.
